This is the most common question we receive, and the answer is yes! All house plans are modifiable and can be achieved by adjusting the existing design. Some common plan modifications include elevation changes, adding a basement, or widening a room. No matter the
redesign our team of skilled house plan designers can assist you! Modifications may cost $1000 and more depending on the complexity of the change but represent huge savings over creating a new plan from scratch.
