This Returns Policy applies to all house plan purchases made from Elite Design Group.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our house plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the return

Our team will review your request and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Conditions for Return

Due to the digital nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
• You must delete all digital copies after requesting a refund
• Plans cannot be used after a refund is issued

Modifications to Plans

Modified plans are not eligible for return. However, we will work with you to ensure satisfaction with the final design.
