Venture inside and you’ll find a large great room that opens onto a covered terrace; a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast area and walk-in pantry; a home office; formal dining space; and a large guest or mother-in-law suite. The downstairs master suite features an amazing master bath area. There’s plenty of space upstairs, with three suites, plus a playroom, a media room, and a game room. Oh, and a lounge area and computer work area, too. There are two separate garages, one for a single car, the other with 2-car dimensions. If you need even more space, check out the plans for an optional basement.

    Can I make modifications to a house plan?

    This is the most common question we receive, and the answer is yes! All house plans are modifiable and can be achieved by adjusting the existing design. Some common plan modifications include elevation changes, adding a basement, or widening a room. No matter the redesign our team of skilled house plan designers can assist you!

    Modifications may cost $50 and more depending on the complexity of the change but represent huge savings over creating a new plan from scratch.

    Can I reverse a house plan?

    Yes! Reversing or “flipping” a house plan can eliminate costly mistakes down the road, and is a service Elite Design Group offers for most designs. There are two types of reverse options available:

    Option 1) Mirror Reverse – This is when we reverse the plan layout without changing any of the text or dimensions.
    Option 2) Right-Reading Reverse – This is when we reverse the plan but physically change all the wording, dimensions and text to read legibly.
