Can I make modifications to a house plan?

This is the most common question we receive, and the answer is yes! All house plans are modifiable and can be achieved by adjusting the existing design. Some common plan modifications include elevation changes, adding a basement, or widening a room. No matter the redesign, our team of skilled house plan designers can assist you. Modifications may cost $50 and more depending on the complexity of the change but represent huge savings over creating a new plan from scratch.

Can I reverse a house plan?

Yes! Reversing or “flipping” a house plan can eliminate costly mistakes down the road. There are two types of reverse options available:
  • Option 1) Mirror Reverse – This is when we reverse the plan layout without changing any of the text or dimensions.
  • Option 2) Right-Reading Reverse – This is when we reverse the plan but physically change all the wording, dimensions, and text to read legibly.

Can I convert a basement plan back to its original renderings?

Yes! All house plans are modifiable and can be achieved by adjusting the existing design. Modifications may cost $50 and more depending on the complexity of the change but represent huge savings over creating a new plan from scratch.
