THE SCHEMATICS
This is an exciting step that involves getting to know you and your family’s specific needs. Afterward, we will provide a design agreement so we can formally begin working on your design.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
In this stage, we will provide working plans that include: a site plan, four elevations, and a roof plan. Now, your builder can begin pricing out the design.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
The moment you've been waiting for; you've finalized your design, and construction documents are provided to begin breaking ground on your custom home.
