Raquel
Office Manager
Raquel was born and raised and Miami, so even though she’s been living in Charlotte since her 20s, she goes back each year to visit family. Throughout her career, she’s gravitated to office environments, working for corporate giants like Exxon-Mobile.
While she attributes her corporate experience to being fortunate, Raquel admits that she’s very good at figuring the ins and outs of computer programs on her own. In fact, her favorite part of working at Elite Design Group is taking a program new to her like Quickbooks and being able to produce reports under pressure.
“I like being able to have someone ask me for something, a report or some information, and I can provide that right away after figuring out how a new program works.” She maintains her cool when others (mainly her husband 🙂 are about to lose it, so she feels at home as the mellowest member the EDG team.
Raquel keeps everything on track and at EDG, so all projects can be completed in a timely manner. She’s integral to keeping everything on schedule and organized so that the design team can spend as much time as they need creating beautiful, personal home designs.
JJ
CEO and Lead Designer
At any time, J.J. can step in and help with any task, but we know that it’s better to let J.J. do what he does best - designing beautiful homes.
Elias
Head Draftsman and Project Manager
Elias specializes in drawing, drafting, and ensuring that clients receive the best service possible. He also manages projects when they reach a certain point in the building process.
Wes
Project Coordinator and Client Liaison
Wes schedules and coordinates clients and builders, so that everyone is where they need to be. He also communicates with and delivers sketches to clients on behalf of J.J., and acts more as the public face of EDG.
John
Draftsman and Project Manager
John, like Elias, is a draftsman who works alongside Elite Design Group on a contract basis. Known for his fast work and high-scale drawing, he also takes on project coordinator tasks when needed.
Nick
Operations Manager/COO
Nick makes sure that everything at Elite Design Group runs smoothly so that the creative team can concentrate on creating unique, gorgeous homes. He's also in charge of marketing as well as EDG's financials.
Raquel
Office Manager
Raquel takes care of the details - bookkeeping, accounting, HR. When it comes to paperwork, signing agreements, and invoicing, Raquel sees to it so that we don’t miss a thing.
